Welcome to SunnyYumbo Apartments (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service govern the use of our accommodations, communication channels, website, and guest services. By booking or staying in our apartments, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1. A reservation is confirmed once payment is completed through the booking platform or payment link.

1.2. Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal information required for check-in and legal registration.

1.3. Prices may vary depending on season, demand, and platform fees.


2. Check-In & Check-Out

2.1. Standard check-in time is 15:00, unless otherwise communicated.

2.2. Standard check-out time is 11:00, unless otherwise agreed.

2.3. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may include an additional fee.

2.4. Guests must follow the check-in instructions provided via WhatsApp, email, or the booking platform.


3. Guest Identification (Legal Requirement)

3.1. Spanish law requires all accommodation providers to register guest details with local authorities (parte de viajeros).

3.2. Guests must provide valid identification for all individuals staying in the apartment.

3.3. Failure to provide required documents may result in cancellation without refund.


4. House Rules

4.1. The apartment must be used respectfully and kept in good condition.

4.2. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed.

4.3. No smoking inside the apartment (including balconies if prohibited by building rules).

4.4. Only registered guests may stay in the apartment.

4.5. Pets are allowed only if explicitly approved.


5. Damage & Security Deposit

5.1. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment.

5.2. If a security deposit is required, it will be refunded after inspection, provided no damage is found.

5.3. Missing keys, lost access cards, or lock replacements may incur additional fees.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1. Cancellation policies depend on the booking platform and reservation type.

6.2. Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded.

6.3. Early departure does not entitle guests to a refund.


7. Use of Facilities

7.1. Guests use amenities (pool, shared areas) at their own risk.

7.2. Building rules must be respected at all times.


8. Liability

8.1. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the stay.

8.2. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings or valuables.

8.3. Force majeure events (e.g., weather, outages, building maintenance) are outside our control.


9. Communication & Messaging

9.1. We may contact guests via WhatsApp, SMS, phone, or email regarding check-in, support, or emergencies.

9.2. By booking, guests consent to receiving such communications.


10. Data Protection (GDPR)

10.1. We process guest data solely for reservation management, legal compliance, and guest support.

10.2. Personal data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.

10.3. Guests may request access, correction, or deletion of their data in accordance with GDPR.


11. Conduct & Removal

11.1. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate house rules, disturb neighbors, or engage in illegal activities.

11.2. In such cases, no refund will be provided.


12. Modifications

12.1. We may update these Terms of Service at any time.

12.2. The applicable version is the one available at the time of your stay.


13. Governing Law

13.1. These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

13.2. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
